French journalist and TV host Estelle Denis has made some eye
popping allegations against Real Madrid footballer, Cristiano
Ronaldo. Denis says Cristiano Ronaldo’s frequent trips in his
private jet to Morocco is because he is in a g*y relationship with
kickboxer boxer Badr Hari and also claimed the superstar
footballer has had cosmetic surgery on his nose.
Denis’ comments followed a report that Ronaldo’s recent behaviour
was “causing concern” at Real Madrid.
The report hinted that officials at the football club frowned up
the player’s frequent visits to Morocco and damaging his
performances on the pitch.
“Ronaldo takes three or four jets a week to see a friend in
Morocco to cuddle,” he said, leading to shocked gasps from the
audience.
His comments come after the Ronaldo and his new BFF shared
pics of their BROmance .
During one of such trips, kick boxer Hari posted a photo on
Facebook of him holding up Ronaldo.
“Just married,” the caption said. “Always there to pick you up, bro.”
Other snaps of the trip shared a candle-lit image of a traditional
Moroccan meal, as well as a picture of the two sportsmen post
“wedding”.
Ronaldo has in the past denied being g*y, saying he is content
with his $exuality.
Back in 2010, Lionel Messi’s arch rival supported Portugal’s
decision to allow g*y marriage.
“As I am Portuguese, I try to keep myself informed about what is
happening in my country,” he said at the time.
“We must respect the choices of each other, because, after all, all
citizens should have the same rights and responsibilities.”

Calabar Carnival: Fanfare as Gov Ayade unveils 2015 theme
When the annual Carnival Calabar and Festival returns this December,
the fear of whether or not the Professor Ben Ayade-led government of
Cross River State would sustain the annual event will not only be over,
revelers will have more to thank the new government for.
Governor Ayade announced at a glamorous unveiling of the 2015 edition
of Carnival Calabar theme tagged ‘Climate Change’, that the carnival
can only get better with additional activities and restyling of the old
ones, revealing that Bikers Day and Disco Fiesta are part of the new
offerings this year.
The event which took place at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos
had dignitaries from the Corporate Nigeria, the United States Embassy
in Nigeria, actors, actresses and several investors.
Governor Ayade whet the appetite of many at the event, while marketing
what has come to be known as the best tourism destination in Nigeria,
with oratory prowess.
The 2015 edition of the December festival will be the first to be
organised by Ayade, who took over from former governor, Senator Liyel
Imoke. The festival was founded by Imoke’s predecessor, Mr. Donald Duke
in 2004.
At the end of the presentation Sunday night, many applauded the festival
initiative as Progress in Running.
Ayade who enjoined all to be a part of this year’s festival, revealed that
Carnival bands from 14 countries will be performing this year, while the
notable children Carnival has also been repackaged to take the form of
family funfair.
He surprised many when he invited all the Beauty Queens at the event to
the stage, and enlisted them automatically as members of a new band
called the Governor’s Band. “Irrespective of their states of origin, they
represent the beauty, elegance, style and class of the average Cross
River youth,” said the governor.
The Cross River helmsman who also announced plans to set up ‘the
biggest garment factory’ in Nigeria on December 15, said there is need
to localise the production of the costumes used during the event, as a
business angle to the festival.
The governor assured of security, praising the State as having the lowest
crime rate in Nigeria. “Our people are emotional stable and content
with what they have. However, s full team of security will be mobilised
for the festival,” he said.
Guests at the unveiling include comic actor John Okafor, aka Mr. Ibu,
sonorous singer, Waje, CEO of EbonyLife TV, Mo Abudu, Dance Hall
singer, Patoranking, reggae artiste Blackie, Olu Maintain, Kce and actors
Enyinna Nwigwe and Elvis Chuks.

7 important things to know about friends with benefits......
Boyfriend dramas, fights, constant commitment, breakups and
complete loneliness suck, which is probably why many young people
opt for a friends-with-benefits relationship. This type of
relationship has its benefits and downsides. Depending on what
type of person you are, such a relationship can lead to either
relieve or broken heart. If you’re a sensitive person, you will find it
difficult to end your friends-with-benefits relationship, while your
“friend” will do it with ease, or vice versa.
Friends-with-benefits relationships end in many different ways.
Some couples build long-term relationships and get married, while
others forget about each other and their friendships. The worst
outcome is HIV or AIDS. When starting a friends-with-benefits
relationship, make sure you consider these important things:
1. Don’t let them be a part of your life
Once the night is over, wave goodbye to your friend and ask them
to leave in 20 minutes, or if it’s not your room then what are you
doing here? Leave in 15 minutes. Don’t share your mornings,
breakfasts and daily routines with them. Otherwise, you might trick
yourself into thinking that you are in a happy couple. Lingering
does more harm than good.
2. Don’t control them
When you’re in a friends-with-benefits relationship, you should
avoid being clingy and jealous. They’re not your partner and you
aren’t dating. Sending them love messages and stalking their social
media. You have no right to control your friend with benefits. No
drama. No fights. No commitment. Stick to the basic rules of a
friends-with-benefits relationship.
3. Set boundaries
Don’t spend too much time together, unless you want to turn your
friends-with benefits relationship into something bigger. Go with
what feels right but don’t let your “friend” take advantage of you.
Focus on your life, not them. Remember the reason why you have
such a relationship. Have fun but don’t overdo it.
4. Don’t forget about love
People can’t live without love. It’s a wonderful feeling that makes
us happy. Just because your friend with benefits makes you happy
every night doesn’t mean you should give up on love. Perhaps you
want to have your own family and find your true love. Don’t stop
looking for it. A friends-with-benefits relationship is temporary, so
don’t waste too much time on it.
5. Protect yourself
Having fun with a friend with benefits is awesome, but pregnancy
or venereal disease isn’t fun. Never forget to use protections and
don’t ignore the warning signs. No matter how well you know your
“friend,” you know absolutely nothing about their level of health.
Friends-with-benefits relationships often lead to venereal disease
including AIDS. When it comes to hook-ups and friends-with-
benefits relationships, protection must be your priority.
6. Keep your feelings in check
It’s easy to fall in love with someone you share your bedroom
with. If both of you don’t plan to turn your friends-with benefits
relationship into a long-term one, don’t let your feelings play a
malicious trick on you. Your relationships has no future so keep
your feelings and emotions in check when you spend time
together. Choose someone you’re attracted to physically, not
mentally.
7. Keep it secret
Your parents, siblings and friends may not understand your friends-
with-benefits relationship. Keep it secret to avoid judgments,
family issues and gossips. It’s your life and your choice, but not all
of those you love will understand and accept it. Moreover, you
shouldn’t share your secrets and problems with your friend with
benefits. They have another mission in your life.
Friends-with-benefits relationships are particularly popular among
college students. Statistics show that 10-20% of friends-with-
benefits relationships turn into long-term relationships and few
“friends” stay friends after $ex fizzles out. Some ladies confess
that they felt broken and depressed when their friends-with-
benefits relationships ended. Even guys have trouble ending such a
type of relationship. Even though there’s no commitment, you
spend your nights with that person so obviously they become a
part of your life. Consider these little pearls of advice if you want
to turn your best friend into friends with benefits.

See what isis threatens to do to white house
Barely a week after claiming responsibility for the deadly attacks
that claimed 132 lives in Paris, France, and for the second time
this week, terrorist sect Islamic State has threatened to blow up
the office and residence of the President of the United States,
the White House.
This is contained in a new video footage titled Paris before
Rome released on Thursday, where a turbaned man hints at
potential suicide attacks and car bombings on US soil.
An earlier video targeted at the US released by IS earlier in the
week showed the jihadists threatening to blow up New York,
showing images of Times Square, Herald Square and Manhattan.
Yet another released on Monday showed the terrorist saying the
US capital, Washington DC will be attacked the way Paris was
attacked.
The jihadists warned other countries against the example set by
French President Francoise Hollande and US President Barack
Obama, claiming they would blow up the latter’s official residence
because it contained false idols.
In a reaction to the video directed at New York, the police in the
state have confirmed seeing the video, while affirming that they
are vigilant.
However the police say there is no current specific threat to the
city at the moment.

20 Poisons To Your Happiness You Dont Know
We have all, at one point or another, poisoned our
own happiness, whether it be through worry, fear,
or just poor decision making. Life can certainly
throw a person into a tailspin but the real culprit
isn’t the adversity, it’s how we perceive and
respond to the adversity that determines the
outcome. Sometimes it is simply a matter of wrong
motives in life that can lead us down the
venomous path, rather than the path that leads to
the antidote.
1. Your jealousy can ruin any relationship.
Your better off dealing with jealousy head on when
it rears its ugly head. Most people don’t want to
admit when they have been bitten by the green-
eyed monster but it can happen from time to time.
There are people who exude jealousy to the point
that it ruins relationships. It usually stems from
feelings of inadequacy, and those are the things
that a person must take a hard look at in order to
salvage their relationships. A happy person is one
who is free from jealousy and it shows in healthy
relationships.
2. Your desire for superficial things in life can
poison happiness.
It is often said that the happiest people are those
who do more for others, rather than themselves. If
your the type of person that pursues the superficial
things of life: wealth, cars, name brand clothes,
etc. then it is safe to say that you are poisoning
your own happiness in life. The desire of the
perfunctory will only lead to more dissatisfaction
because our brain is hard-wired at a threshold for
such things; it’s called hedonistic adaptation.
Living a life of modesty will bring you more
happiness in the long run.
3. Your grudge-holding will destroy your
happiness.
I once knew a man who held a grudge against his
father for leaving the family. His grudge festered
within him like a cancer and destroyed any hope of
his living life to the fullest. The Stoic philosophers
believed that some things are out of our control, so
in short, they aren’t worth worrying over or trying
to fix. Happiness comes from moving forward in
your life and letting go of grudges that would hold
you back.
4. Your regrets in life will destroy your peace.
Your life most certainly will be filled with regrets
from time to time; I call them mistakes. Mistakes
are only there to teach you that a certain path has
ended and so it is time to try another. There’s no
use in looking back in regret, because you cannot
change the past. Simply move forward and try
another road. You will most certainly be happier for
it.
5. Your dependence on others will hinder
happiness.
If you are dependent person or to use another
phrase, codependent on another person for your
happiness, you will undoubtedly be waiting a very
long time for a happy life. Happiness will never
come to you from another person, it can only come
from within yourself. You can find happiness with
someone within a relationship, but that cannot be
trusted for your own happiness, because at some
point in time, that person will let you down.
Looking within is the only way to true joy.
6. Your need to fix other people will ruin your
happiness.
This ties into co-dependence as well. If you feel
the need to “fix” others, then you will never be
focused on your own well-being and happiness.
When your focus shifts away from the self, you will
always find something that needs to be fixed in
others in order to make you feel happy. The only
person you can control is you; so why not focus
on self-actualization for long-term happiness.
7. Your fear can hold a person back from
experiencing true happiness.
Ralph Waldo Emerson said “Fear defeats more
people than any other one thing in the world.” It
can stem from many places, but you will only
experience true happiness when you release your
fears and simply do the thing your are afraid of
doing.
8. Your selfishness is a poison to your happiness.
If your a selfish person, it means you always want
things your way and others’ needs and opinions
are often discarded in the process. Most people do
not want to be in relationship with a selfish person
and if this describes you, you may just find
yourself alone and unhappy if it is not changed.
Take a good look at yourself and examine areas of
your life that have fallen prey to selfishness and
make the necessary changes; you may find
happiness was waiting for you all along.
9. Your happiness will wane when you set
unreasonably high expectations of others.
Your need for everyone to meet your standards in
life is an unreasonable expectation that most
people will never be able to attain; therefore, you
will most always be disappointed in people and
thus unhappy in life. All people have their own
personality type which will prevent them from ever
being able to live up to what you expect of them.
They cannot do it. When you let go of the
expectation of others to perform to your standards,
you will find that they, as well as yourself, will be
much more elated. A free person is a happy person.
10. Your self-righteous attitude will halt your
happiness.
If your a self-righteous person it means that you
feel you can do no wrong, and that other people
are always in the wrong. I used to attend church
and always felt this type of attitude amongst the
people, which in turn made for a lot of
unhappiness in many of the people’s relationships.
It is impossible to be perfect all of the time, so
why not do drop your self-righteousness and
experience true happiness. Not only will your
relationships flourish but you will be a much more
relaxed individual.
11. Your living in the past will hinder happiness.
If your living in the past, it means that you are
unhappy with the present. Your happiness is a
current state of mind and if your life is not making
you happy, then maybe it is time to examine your
situation and makes some changes for the better.
Maybe you need a new career goal? Maybe it’s
time to finish a project you’ve been putting off?
Whatever the case, moving forward in life will help
you feel that you are living in the “now.”
12. Your dishonesty can dampen happiness.
If you are a dishonest person, chances are you
have alienated yourself from others. Often times,
people who are dishonest gain the reputation as
someone who cannot be trusted; therefore, they are
seen as an unfaithful friend and partner. Alienating
yourself through dishonesty will surely lead to
unhappiness and isolation.
13. Your substance use alters states of happiness.
Some may disagree but even if you use substances
for temporary states of “happiness” it will be short-
lived and once the high wears off, your feelings of
unhappiness will be there, staring you in the face.
Even for those who use chocolate and caffeine as
means of escape, must admit that the euphoria is
short-lived.
14. Your pessimism leads to perpetual moods of
unhappiness.
It is thought that if you are the type of person that
always has the pessimistic attitude it can lead to a
life of unhappiness. In a sense, your words and
thoughts have power to them and if you constantly
use “negative talk” it’s like sending negative vibes
out into the world. Thus, unhappiness appears to
follow you around like a virus that won’t go away.
The medicine for pessimism is to become aware of
your negativity and work to change your thoughts
and words for the better. Read, exercise, take up a
hobby, whatever you need to feel better about
yourself is worth a try.
15. Your prejudice of other people can make you
unhappy with yourself.
You would think that if someone is prejudiced
against a group of people, it means they are
unhappy with that group but quite the opposite is
true. A prejudiced person is often an unhappy
person, spewing their unhappiness onto a
“scapegoat” group of people. Prejudiced people
look for instances in which to unleash their fury
onto others. They think it will somehow make them
feel better, but it won’t. If you find that you are
prejudiced (and we do all have certain prejudices),
it may be time to sit down and really take stock in
yourself and confront these issues head on; you
will be glad you did.
16. Your self-doubt can lead to feelings of
unhappiness.
If you doubt yourself consistently, it would stand
to reason that it will lead you to feelings of
unhappiness. A self-doubter may engage in
negative self-talk which leads to deeper and
deeper feelings of unhappiness. It’s a vicious cycle
that needs to be addressed with a close friend or
counselor who may be able to help you through
these feelings. Maybe finding a positive outlet in
which to volunteer your time can boost your self-
worth as well, and take your mind off yourself for a
change.
17. Your unhappiness can stem from unchecked
mental health.
If you suffer from anxiety or depression, it isn’t
hard to figure that unhappiness follows. What
causes these mental imbalances? Often the society
we engage in daily is enough to send anyone into
states of unhappiness by way of anxiety and other
mental illnesses. Sometimes there are more serious
issues at hand but unhappiness is robbed all the
same. Take time and talk with someone in whom
you trust who can help you sort through life’s
mishaps. When in doubt seek professional help.
18. Your pet can help ward off happiness poisons.
Pets are a wonderful way to boost your happiness.
If you are someone who doesn’t like or doesn’t
want a pet, think about volunteering at a place
with animals or some other outlet in order to
introduce yourself to the appropriate ways to
interact with pets. It has been found that when
petting an animal, a person’s mood automatically
lifts.
19. Your ability to volunteer your time to the needy
can help you become happier.
Giving your time to those in need will help cure the
unhappiness in your life. Sometimes seeing those
less fortunate than yourself helps put things in
perspective.
20. Your stress can prevent happiness in your life.
Stress is not only unhealthy for your physical well-
being but emotional as well. If you are the type of
person who has constant stress in your life, it may
be time to make drastic changes. Take inventory of
your life and get rid of the unnecessary. Living a
life of simplicity can sometimes be just the thing
you need to prevent stress and improve your
happiness.
I hope you find these insights to be of use in your
life. If you find that your happiness is being
poisoned, maybe one of these tips is the culprit. In
any case, seek happiness from within. Meditate,
read, pray, exercise, whatever you need to improve
yourself, and happiness is sure to follow.

8 ways very successful people plan and spend their time
“People of accomplishment rarely sat back and let
things happen to them. They went out and
happened to things.” Leonardo da Vinci
Highly successful people don’t wait and hope for
desired results. Success is never accidental for
them. It’s the direct result of preparing, planning,
and aligning their time with their most important
goals. Here are eight ways that successful people
make the most of their time:
1. They save their decision-making muscles for
important stuff
Obama only wears blue or gray suits. Zuckerberg’s
uniform is a gray shirt and jeans. Steve Jobs wore
blue jeans and a black turtleneck almost every day.
Highly successful people simplify their wardrobe.
They minimize the amount of decisions they make
on trivial matters.
Only a few decisions truly matter. They’ve
internalized that every decision doesn’t have to be
optimal or perfect. This frees them to make quick
decisions most of the time. They automate and
simplify decisions.
They don’t think about whether they will go to the
gym. They don’t deliberate about what they will eat
for breakfast. They workout at the same time every
day. They eat the same breakfast every day. They
use their willpower and flex their decision making
muscles on the highest impact decisions they face
each day.
2. They have a consistent morning routine
They create momentum at the start of the day
through consistent morning routines. Successful
complete a combination of the following activities
in the morning: meditate, read, journal, exercise,
prioritize their day, envision a successful day, and
eat a nutritious breakfast to fuel their day.
For example, motivational speaker Tony Robbins
takes a cold plunge to reset his system and reduce
inflammation in the morning. He also does
breathing exercises and expresses gratitude during
a ten minute priming exercise. What we focus on
expands in our minds. Through his morning
routine, he chooses to expand gratefulness over
fear and anxiety.
A precise formula that produces an effective
morning routine doesn’t exist. Highly successful
people experiment with different activities until
they find the morning routine that fits their lifestyle
and sets them up for a successful day. They also
create routines for the end of the day…
3. They have a consistent nightly routine
“Before anything else, preparation is the key to
success.” Alexander Graham Bell
Successful people don’t wait until the morning to
prepare for a successful day. They start the night
before. They unplug from their devices, read,
meditate, and plan for the next day. They wake up
relaxed and stress-free because they have already
designed the blueprint for a productive day.
However, they don’t start planning the night
before.
4. They plan ahead thoroughly
“Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will
spend the first four sharpening the axe.” Abraham
Lincoln
One of the major differences between highly
successful people and average performers is
detailed and strategic planning. Successful people
spend more time thinking about their big picture
goals and ideas. They zoom out regularly to
analyze their lives from a 50,000 foot view.
This enables them to make key decisions
deliberately, methodically, and strategically.
Average performers make those decisions in a
reactive mode while they’re in the thick of the
forest of their lives. Successful people plan
thoroughly and reap the rewards down the road.
Their detailed planning provides clarity on what
they should be working on at any given time. They
produce at high levels because they separate the
planning and creation processes. They don’t plan
when they feel like it.
5. They have a system for planning
While Bill Gates was the Chairman at Microsoft, he
secluded himself from the distractions of daily life
twice a year during Think Week. Visitors were
banned during the week. He read many papers (his
record was 112) about Microsoft as well as new
ideas in technology during Think Week. The space
and time he carved out during the week allowed
him to take a step back to review the projects and
ideas at Microsoft.
Greg Mckeown, the author of Essentialism: The
Disciplined Pursuit of Less, advocates conducting a
quarterly personal review to define your most
important objectives for the next three months.
What doesn’t get scheduled, doesn’t get done.
Successful people regularly schedule time to
review their priorities, goals, and road maps to
achieve them. They schedule time to monitor their
progress on key objectives and iterate their plans
based on results and lessons learned. They
schedule their projects on a daily and weekly
basis. They set aside time to plan and strategize
as well as time to execute those plans.
6. They prioritize
Successful people understand that if they don’t
prioritize their projects, they will be swayed and
pushed around by the agendas of others. They
consistently evaluate their priorities and re-
organize the order as circumstances change.
Since their priorities are crystal clear, they quickly
a$$ess whether a request fits into their big picture
plans. They cultivate the habit of turning down
requests that don’t align with their most valued
goals. They learn to say no in a firm and graceful
manner to requests that don’t fit their plans.
Effectiveness trumps efficiency for them. They
focus on working on the right things over getting
more done. They strive to produce at their highest
quality for their highest priorities.
7. They focus on important projects
“Most of us spend too much time on what is urgent
and not enough time on what is important.”
Stephen R. Covey
In the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Covey
lays out a quadrant with the following categories:
urgent and important, not urgent and important,
urgent and not important, and not urgent and not
important. The quadrant where you spend the
majority of your time determines your life’s
destiny.Average performers live in the urgent
quadrants. They are constantly putting out fires.
On the other hand, highly successful people focus
on activities that are important and not urgent.
These activities don’t yield instant results.
However, they produce ma$$ive long-term results.
8. They work on the most important project first
Willpower is a limited resource. As we make
decisions, run errands, and work on various
projects throughout the day, our willpower is
depleted. Successful people leverage the full tank
of willpower in the morning by working on their
most important project first.
In the morning, the stresses and obstacles that
arise throughout the day haven’t cluttered their
mind yet. They take advantage of their fresh and
clear mind. In addition, they take advantage of the
lack of distractions in the early morning. They get
a head start on the world by making progress
towards their most valued goal in the morning.

Is this weird or cute? Identical twins Dinker and Dilraj

identical twin bridesmaids and pageboys. The 32-year-
